Service Description
12 ft. X 12ft. play area, soft foam mats, ball pit with balls to match party theme, 2 hoppers/cars, imagination cubes, decorative fence, mini crawling tunnel. mini slide OR rainbow bridge. $50 deposit is due once booking is confirmed and the remaining balance is due 3 days prior to event date
Cancellation Policy
A nonrefundable $50 deposit is due at the time of booking to save the date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the scheduled event. WEATHER In the event of bad weather, the event can be rescheduled and the $50 deposit can be applied towards the new scheduled date. ORDERS AND CHANGES: All order/service changes must be placed in writing. A detailed invoice will be submitted following any changes to your order by email. Additional services require an appropriate deposit and will be charged to your credit card unless other terms are specified. CANCELLATIONS: All services may be canceled if received in writing via paper or email no later than 1 week before the event. A credit in the amount of the deposit will remain on file if the event is postponed and will be applied towards the new date. You would not be obligated to pay the balance of your invoice unless you placed a custom order which was designed specifically for your event. In such cases, you would be contractually bound to pay the balance due on the account.
