1 . How do I book a reservation?

2. Do you require a deposit when booking an event?
​
Yes. There is a $25 non-refundable deposit required to secure any event date that will go towards your package. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

3. Can you set up indoors and outdoors?
Yes! Most of our rentals are for both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor events are possible weather permitting, as well as a leveled outdoor ground and out of direct sun. An outlet will need to be within 75ft of any rental that requires power if it is included in your package. In addition, the Foam pit will require a hose within 50 ft. Shrink hoses will not work.

4. What is your weather/cancellation policy?
​
In the event of forecasted snow, rain, or winds exceeding 15 mph on the day of your event, it is recommended to have an indoor alternative based on the package selected. If not, we will happily reschedule your event at no extra cost. Safety is our priority. Any rescheduling request may be made no later than 7 days prior to the original event date and the deposit will be applied to the new date. Any cancellation request done within the 7 day period shall forfeit their deposit.

5. How does your set up work?
​
We will bring the fun to you and provide setup and breakdown the day of your event. Assembly and breakdown will require 30-60 minutes before AND after depending on the package. Setups can start as early as 7 AM and our latest pickup is 8 PM.

6. How long is the rental?
​
Most packages or rental items have a 4 hour rental time.

7. How do you clean your equipment?
​
Each piece of equipment is carefully cleansed and sanitized before and after your event. We use eco-friendly disinfectant product that kills 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, and fungus that is safe for children.

8. What areas do you service?
​
We are happily servicing Grand Junction, CO and surrounding areas. Delivery is free within 15 miles of city limits. Anything outside of the 15 mile radius is $1/mile round trip.​​​
